Cine Aajkal Mumbai :- Producer Raaj Shaandilyaa and his partner Vimal Lahoti's first OTT web series 'The Great Weddings of Munnes' had made an official entry to Filmfare OTT Awards, 2023 and now has secured an accolade at the Filmfare OTT Awards.
The three categories the web series was nominated for were : Best Comedy (series), Best Supporting Actress Comedy series- Sunita Rajwar and Best Actor series (Comedy)- Abhishek Banerjee.
The Filmfare Award for the Best Actor (Male) Comedy goes to Abhishek Banerjee.
The story of ' The Great Weddings of Munnes' revolved around Munnes (Abhishek Banerjee) , a middle class working man who was having difficulty in searching for a spouse for himself.
